Owners Jeff and Jo renovated the building while preserving original Victorian woodwork, period furniture, and historical artifacts. Guests can explore the parlor, saloon, and a television room stocked with books on Eastern Sierra history.

All rooms have private bathrooms with free toiletries, air conditioning, and walk-in showers. Some rooms include comfortable seating areas and views of the Mono County courthouse or the surrounding mountains.
